Every spring, Florence hosts a Rhoddy (Rhododendron) Festival that is attented by thousands of visitors.
It features a parade, a Rhododendron show, a large classic car show, a carnival, and several other events.
Motorcyclists flock to Florence in the hundreds to help kick off the blossuming of summer...

The Rhododendron is a genus of 1,024 species of woody, colorful, hardy plants that flourish along this area of the coast.
